GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Reservation for an Event 

1.1. Reservation can be made by registration via the Internet /online/ on the website: https://itf.intergreyd.com/login-user by creating User Name and Password. 

 

2. Price and Payment

2.1. Payment shall be made by credit card or by bank transfer to the EUR account of the Tour Operator – Intergreyd Travel Ltd., in UNICREDIT BULBANK AD: BG92 UNCR70001522959912 / Bic code UNCRBGSF 

2.2. The deposit is 50 % of the total price. The User shall pay the deposit at the time of making the reservation and paying by credit card or by bank transfer up to 5 days after the reservation made.

 

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Tour Operator is obliged:

3.1.1. To provide the travel services paid by the User.

3.2. The Tour Operator has the right to deny a reservation without any liability, if the User fails to make payments within the specified time limits and thus acts in bad faith in the performance of his/ her obligations. The fact of payment made is verified by a duly shaped document -  invoice /of a natural or legal person/.

 3.3. The Tour Operator INTERGREYD TRAVEL LTD. is insured within the meaning of Article 97 of the Law on Tourism.

3.4. The User is obliged:

3.4.1. When travelling outside Bulgaria, to provide the necessary personal documents /valid Passport or ID Card/, executed in accordance with the laws of the visited country – Republic of Bulgaria.

3.4.2. In the event of accidents and damages to hotels, vehicles and third parties caused by the User, the latter shall recover the damages caused and detected on the spot.

3.5. The User has the right:

3.5.1. Within 30 working days prior to the date of the trip, to transfer his/ her rights and obligations under this reservation to a third party that meets all travel requirements. In this case, both shall be jointly and severally liable to the Tour Operator for the payment of the total price of the reservation. The third party shall accept the General Terms and Conditions and the transfer of the reservation by a notification e-mail to the Tour Operator – This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., as well as that it is aware of the information about the event before the transfer was accepted.

 

4. Liability of the Parties

4.1. The Tour Operator shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill or inaccurate fulfillment of these General Terms and Conditions and shall not pay any penalties, if the reasons for this are due to:

a) the User, including not appearing by the User at the time fixed for accommodation:

b) third party actions, not related to the fulfillment of the General Terms and Conditions;

c) irresistible force or event (force majeure), which could have not been predicted or avoided by the Tour Operator in the performance of its obligations in good faith. 

4.2. If the User cancels his/ her trip on his/ her own initiative, all costs, including transport costs, shall be borne by him/ her.

4.3. The Tour Operator shall not refund money for prepaid services not used.

4.4. If the rooms are duplicated by the hotel, the Tour Operator reserves the right to accommodate the tourists in another hotel of the same or higher category without paying any penalty.

4.5. If the Contract is terminated by the User, the Tour Operator shall withhold the following penalties:

50 % payment of the package with the reservation;

before Friday 21 July - cancellation free of charge /* any modification of the reservation is possible free of charge until the 21st of July/;

before the 1st of Sept.- the 50 % of the first payment will be charged;

until the 1st of September - the rest of 50 % should be paid;

after the 1st of September in case of a cancellation the full amount will be charged.

 

5. Disputes and Claims

 

5.1. All claims related to the quality of paid service, including the specific conditions at Hotel Marinela Sofia 5*, shall be made by the User on the spot to a representative of the Tour Operator or to a representative of ITF to remedy the weaknesses. In the event that the interested parties are not satisfied, the claim shall be made in written, oral or other appropriate form, allowing to reproduce the claim. In the event that the requirements are not met, the User shall require a responsible person to draw up a protocol of finding that contains the name, signature and seal of the responsible person. Within 5 /five/ calendar days from the final date of the organized trip the User shall submit the prepared protocol of finding and payment document personally at the office of the Tour Operator or in the form of written claim to the official e-mail of ITF.

5.2. If the User fails to make the claim in the above-described manner, his/ her claims will not be accepted and reviewed by the Tour Operator.

Note: The User should not forget that the category of hotels is determined by the competent authorities of the respective state and not by the Tour Operator.

5.3. The Tour Operator is required to give a written opinion on the claim within 30 days of receipt of the claim. 

 

 

POLICY REGARDING PERSONAL DATA:

 

Collecting personal data

 

In order to be able to process your reservation, we collect personal data from you, alongside with the information that we learn about you as a result of your use of our website and/ or application and other websites accessible through our website and/ or application. These data may include (where appropriate) participant’s names, addresses, number of passport or identity card issued by the national authorities in the EU, telephone numbers, e-mail and IP addresses, credit/ debit card details or other payment information.

We follow strict procedures in the storage of information about reservations. Our security procedures require that we ask for an ID document prior to disclosing information regarding your reservation.

We may also disclose your data to state or law-enforcement authorities in order to comply with the legal requirements.
